The sharing was selected and circumstantial depending on the project as requested. We have no formal research agreements - Intel sharing is another thing from research, which we currently do. If there is nothing to teach, then the devices must stay under protection until we can create solutions to our 'nearest future' problem. Then we can focus on destroying the Xenophages. We are both vulnerable to them at this moment of time, it would be most unwise to create a compromise this early.
You are free to analyse them as you will at the designated site. And of course, we are willing to assist you in your future endeavours, you may count on it. It is through cooperation that we defeat our foes, preferably before they figure out how to coordinate as one cohesive entity.
