Grimly, with all due respect, you don't have enough experience in this field to do proper balancing.
You fly the Arwing, and recently started flying the Nomad LF, this does NOT make you qualified to balance all the LFs in the game just by looking at the stats.

Like others like Mjolnir have said, the Liberator and Wyrm are the best LF in the game, and you've said they are the worst...
