The core of the whole affair is, we Sirians utterly despise it when someone breaks their own treaties. We see the act brought to justice, and we never forget it. I don't know what it's like in Gallia, but to me it seems that you see treaties as no more than pieces of paper. Now, in this very correspondence, you have just broken the same clause of the Leviathan Accords again, this time the second part of it. It very clearly states that Gallia is indeed economically responsible for the damage inflicted to Bretonia. The treaty says: "The Nation of Gallia will not deny them." And then you say: "ThE pEoPlE oF gAlLiA aNd ThE gAlLiC uNiOn HoLd No ReSpOnSiBLlItY tO bReToNiA." I'm sorry, what? You insult us! You don't only betray us, you dare insult us too!
