Today, while on patrol with Officer Kimble, we ran into a self-proclaimed "Catwoman" creature, that goes by the name, Vixen.Ubasti. We happened to come across this woman while she was conversing with two VR Hackers by the names of VR-Kuhner.Herscher[BA]" and VR-Harold.Kane[De].

Knowing the threats that Vixen.Ubasti has made towards LPI in the past, I proceeded to discern which was the greatest threat--the VR Hackers or Vixen.Ubasti. Soon, after listening over the comms, I could detect no real threat from the VR, I asked them to leave the system immediately.

Officer Kimble charged that Vixen.Ubasti was guilty of certain crimes committed against Liberty. He also claimed that he had proof of such charges. Proceeding on those facts, I thereafter tried to take Vixen.Ubasti into custody and instructed the VR to leave the system immediately.

She resisted arrest vehemently and ultimately tried to run. Kimble and I tracked her down in short manner and made a forcible arrest. Her cargo pod has been transferred to Fort Bush where she awaits questioning.
