NEW LONDON - Unprecedented news coming from New London, the capital of Bretonia about the on-going conflict in the Vespucci system. Earlier this day, Rogue and Technocrat diplomats stationed on the capital have pledged their support for disbanding the "Libertonia" alliance - a military and econimic coalition between the Kingdom of Bretonia, Protectorate of Coronado and Republic of Liberty. Having been faced with logical arguments such as and including "stupid dev kingdom", the parliment has thus decided to end Bretonian participation in the Libertonia alliance and make progress towards joining the Auxo-Rogue Stellar Empire. The decision has received the support of many - including the population - in hopes of rebuilding the House of Bretonia in light of its economic collapse with the help of certain figures so-called Developers. While rumours of their existence have not yet been confirmed, the first step towards achieving communicationg was the formal invitation of Vagrant and K'Hara ambassadors to New London. In Liberty, the Xenos have not waited much longer after the public statement by the Bretonian parliment and have successfully taken over Manhattan with the help of stolen military technology - including an overzealous female captain which reportedly defeated the Battleship Missouri by yelling 5th grade science-related matters over the system-wide channel. Whilst not yet confirmed, we expect the Liberty Free Republic to be declared as the rightful successor to the Republic of Liberty in the following days. Meanwhile, the Republic of Crayter has been fighting a brutal civil war over the importance of saving the refugees from Planet Veracruz. Taking advantage of this situation, both Bretonian and Liberty military ships within the region have invaded and overthrown the leaders of the Republic, putting in its place a protectorate that will "serve democracy and freedom of the people".
