I am not suggesting to abandon our current intermediaries, on the contrary, my suggestion diversifying our portfolio with the help of some careful diplomacy. Yet we must also realize that our 'reliable allies' are also happily dealing with the artifacts and xeno relics, and happily fill coffers of our ancient foes, the Corsairs, with credits from Liberty.

If we want to behave like reliable allies, bene, but we should enforce a total exclusivity with our intermediaries as far as the black market is concerned.
