After years of hard negotiations with the BMM administration and hundreds of internal conferences and debates with the BMF board members, and after consulting the Bretonian Government as well as the Crown representatives we are proud to announce as follows:

1.- All BMF stocks are to be liquifyed into BMM value assets.

2.- All BMF personel, scientists, corporation employees and engineers will be transferred as human resources as to replenish BMM assets across Bretonia and other House Spaces.

3.- All BMF operated Space Installations will abide by BMM corporation policies, rules, and workorders. The administration of said instalations will hence forward be the sole responsability of BMM.

4.-Hence forward BMF and BMM will become a single corporation abiding and serving the Bretonian Crown as it has for hundreds of years, the tradition as well as the comitments to which BMM always was faithfull, will stand strong and constant, as the Kingdom of Bretonia, as to serve is the only honour, the Bretonian Armed Forces will continue to receive the best state of art equipment and vessels that the BMM has always provided.

5.-All BMM and BMF operations will be merged as one, as such, all charts and all official documents, signed treaties as well as corporate contracts and obligations will be assured.

5.1.-Concerning the ancient charter for the development of Leeds, all current projects to re-establish operations in the referred system are to be given the highest priority in order to resume the Uranium extraction and refinement as soon as possible.

5.2.-Concerning the Royal charter Bretonia Mining and Fabrication, the BMF administration will treat Tau 23 as a private property of the corporation for the next 10 years, the same right will rightfully be fulfilled by BMM

6.-Ship assets as well as all human resources belonging to both companies will have their rights guaranteed and work will continue work as usual,

6.1.-Regarding the pilots Transponder Authentication Guard (TAG), strictly for administrative reasons, the pilots TAG will still display BMF| solely as a distinctive marker of BMM Fabrications supervisor,
The remaining workforce will continue to carry the Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing IFF effectively completing the merge of both corporations human resources.

7.-All space installations will abide by the BMM orders IFF and visitors limitations, respecting the Bretonia Crown interstellar House Laws.
