Captain Shepard,
Command has received and reviewed your previous Mission Debrief Report.
We find it very interesting as to why such an installation, certainly as remotely located as Jim's Junktown, would fire upon Navy vessels in Omicron Nu. I would like you to monitor the installation as best you can and see if we can figure out who is operating it, maybe then we can ascertain as to why their defences are opening up on the Vermont.
In support of this task, I am dispatching a wing of our Recoil Reconnaissance craft to your location, along with their Command Carrier. They will report to you on arrival and as the senior ranking Officer, you are to take charge and utilise them as required, Captain.
That will be all.
