My name is Jack Gibson, Chief Intel Officer at All Worlds Enterprises & Securities, an Interspace Commerce corporation based out of Shikoku.

Today I had the pleasure of running into your associate, Marc, who demonstrated that, even in just finding work, your group seems willing to do what some others might not. So I presented an assignment we could use someone's extra attention, and he suggested the best avenue for expressing it was through this communication.

Our corporation is looking to determine the cause and effect of the trade lane destruction and subsequent gate closures surrounding the Tau-53 / Rishiri system. Kusari sudden withdraw been the explanation, but we are curious what's been going on in system since this News Article was first posted.

Here's what we are looking for:

• First and foremost, we need firsthand information on how ships are still moving in and out of the system without use of the gates. To our knowledge, the Raw Hydrocarbon industry hasn't slowed to a halt, so product is still moving by other routes.
  
• We would like to know the status of bases around the Raw Hydrocarbon field near grid coordinates F4 in system. Any degradation will point to complete abandonment, but if repairs are minimal, then obviously they have support from outside sources, given all Kusari bases were moved out.
  
• Finally, we are looking for more concrete evidence of what is happening in system, for our own planning and trade analysis for the long term. Is the Outcast presence in system such that Kusari forces were overwhelmed? Is Gallia involved in some covert operation for control? Perhaps through criminal or semi-legal methods without becoming directly involved?

Depending on the thoroughness of your report, this could become the first assignment of potential many I'm working on completing.
