Esteemed representatives of the Rheinland Empire,

It is a great pleasure to contact you today and I sincerely hope that my message finds you in good health.
Please allow me to elaborate the reasons for todays message:
As a deep friendship connects our nations, we care for the Empire's well-being and thus wish to inquiry about the current status in and around Rheinland space. Is everything in order or are there matters where, albeit within the limitations of our capabilities, the Kingdom of Bretonia could assist you?

Furthermore, we are interested in discussing the Omega Security Agreement of the 13th November 829. More specifically, we wish to inquiry about the current status of the proscription process of the Technocracy of Auxo, as agreed on in the sixth Military Article. In addition, the Kingdom of Bretonia wishes to remind the Empire of Rheinland about the fourth Secret Article and that we are ready to discuss its outlined agreement whenever the Empire feels ready to do so.
