im not going to even dip my toes into the powergaming/godmodding/metagaming going into all of your recent activity for very long, and just lay out a few things here myself

theres simply no reason for bretonia to want to cause any sort of beef with liberty, and allow me to list why

1. Liberty saved Bretonia from literal extinction. If there was no Liberty intervention, Bretonia would have either been conquered brutally, or outright genocided to make way for Gallia.
2. A Bretonia lost the absolute majority of its industrial capacity with the glassing of Leeds, where all of its processing and manufacturing took place. No amount of stations currently owned or built by Bretonia even begin to scratch the surface of how much industry there was on Leeds. Most of the stations that existed were what were needed to supply Leeds. Bretonia has no industrial capacity, which means no turning their mined raw materials into fleets and new stations rapidly.
2.B Bretonia has two planets that hold the remainder of their population, and a third with a couple thousand people on them. None of these planets were nearly as heavily as industrialized nor as populated as Leeds.
2.C Planet New London suffered devastating bombardment, causing massive problems for the population already living there, let alone the massive amount of refugees.
3. Half of Bretonia's population is dead or displaced, leaning much closer to the dead categorization considering the massive population of Leeds.
4. Liberty and Bretonia have been in a player alliance for a decade and change, and Liberty always committed to living up to that alliance IRP, OORP, and ingame until you and whoever else is in Bretgov decided to start stirring sh*t on the forums/inRP and in discord over made up grievances that do not exist, which seems to line up at the same time more of BretGov/Bretonian players were allowed into the devteam. Shocker.
5. Liberty has its planets untouched, its civilian manufacturing untouched, its monetary wealth untouched, and its military production untouched. The only thing they lost on home turf was a border station, not 15+ billion people and an entire giga-factory of a planet.
6. Liberty has little resources for bordering houses to vie over besides Atka which is basically intended to be a manufacturing hellhole for prisoners with barely any inhabitable land after terraforming is fully completed.
7. Liberty is who buys your resources, processes it, and makes your cheap consumer goods, the goods you cannot make with any realistic output currently.
9. Liberty has asked for for almost nothing back in return, and in fact, gave a portion of their wealth to Bretonia, a large sum for the bleeding and gutted house. Since you have a hard-on for player treaties being part of the story's canon when it suits you, recall Bretonia got some of Liberty's money for a certain planet that Liberty no longer wants to deal with. Something for nothing.
10. Bretonia has made a massive mountain out of one molehole of a hundred border encounters between Rheinland and Liberty have had while one side was lugging caps around chasing pirates. Not only was it a big fat nothingburger where people postured for 90 seconds, then moved along, no one actually even shot. It is quite literally a textbook example of Godmodding. Acshually, Liberty and Bretonia had a massive diplomatic blunder in Hudson, and both governments went back and forth over official channels before giving each other the finger and muttering about war under their breaths! Bretonia is here to help!

Honestly I could keep going, but making a fool out of you is getting old.
I look forwards to the devteam finding every asspull possible to gut Liberty out of nowhere suddenly in the upcoming patches.
