Libby Harrison, I am Blake Wayne Van Leer, founder of the First Armada. I must tell you that I have known your father. Very closely. In fact, he has been my commanding officer in the Liberty Navy Strike Force and its later iterations for years! We run things a little differently in the First Armada than we have in the Strike Force, however. There is no place for nepotism. You are hereby accepted to the First Armada - and are assigned the rank of Crewman like everyone else. You are to report to our headquarters in Juneau Shipyard, Alaska.
Your father Creed was known for his passion, but also at times his temper. We expect you to bring the same passion James Horatio Creed has brought to Liberty Navy, but we also expect full and lasting professionalism. If you can control and channel the gifts your father's genes offer in the correct ways I have no doubt that you will see a fast rise through our ranks. Welcome, and good luck! May the name Libby Harrison go even further than the legend of James Horatio Creed has gone.
