During the Akhetaten's moving back to New York after the defense of Pueblo Station from the Nomad attack we came across the recently transferred Captain Rachel Mikai outside Fort Bush and it was decided to stick around for the company, considering our designated drydock on Norfolk wasn't freed up yet.
Aside from the regular chatter and the welcoming to the Fleet, I was informed by Captain Brown - who was in command of the vessel at the time - of a peculiar event that I deem necessary to share with the Fleet.
A Starflier vessel, Corvo class, that was present in the vicinity for a while inquired about something concerning. The Starflier claimed that the First Armada made an an announcement looking for willing researchers to acquire and analyze data regarding the Dallas Incident epicenter in the Texas system.
I don't think I need to explain why such requests by the First Armada are unreasonable at best and downright dangerous to the public at worst, but it should be noted that anything regarding the Dallas Incident is business that regards the Forces of Liberty and those in direct coordination with them at most - definitely not one that regards civilians.
This might be an order that's taken too far, but I would like for patrols within Texas to be increased. Keep your eyes open for civilians that might get themselves in danger by flying into the highly radioactive fields surrounding the epicenter of the incident.
The safety of Liberty and it's citizens are our top priority, do not forget that.
