I have checked the records - according to List of approved modular bases your installation has been approved, paid for and licenced with the Government of The Republic Of Liberty.

This means you should get protection from all Lawful Forces - I will notify our Officers, but in cases like these most of Liberty's forces will probably be on-site in some capacity to protect the licenced installation - I would expect the Primary Fleets to take charge of the defence if a large-scale attack truly arrives, but our officers were notified and should be there to provide a helping hand if required.
