[POB Modules] Incorrect Module/Unable to Remove/Not pulling commods.

Type: POB Modules (Refinery)
Bug: After server restart, Scrap Refinery Construction changed to Hydroponics. Unable to remove to correct. No option to remove.

After server restart, Scrap Refinery changed to Hydroponics Bay. Per the syntax of the command (help) there is not option to remove this to correct the problem.

As a secondary issue, the commodities requested are not being pulled by the module for construction.
