46th|LNS-Rose.of.Leeds - does not appear to have had an armour upgrade
OS&C|TE~Red~Velvet~Club - had a CAU8, now has a bit less than the refund amount (8.95m)
46th|LNS-New.England - had a CAU6, now has slightly less than the refund amount (1.92m)

It looks to me like these were refunded correctly
