Project: Toledo is in full swing.

- Based on the 819 A.S. gunboat wreckage discovered around Toledo. Initial assessment of the prototype: We cannot bring functionality up to Defiant's standards. The ship's frame is heavy and requires heavy engines with high power core usage which restricts us to the same amount of weapon slots as the Defiant at a higher core and worse manoeuvrability

- Inspired by the graveyard vessels that bore the class moniker "Sekhmet". Clearly, the original was a bomber frame, we are facing the same issues - the frame supports the same core as the Upholder, but we are unable to match its manoeuvrability.

- This vessel is below expectations so far. Its massive frame allowed us to mount a Super Heavy Fighter shield and in comparison to the Avenger, whose design is very similar, we managed to install and support an extra weapon. The issue however is - the ship is large, in a stress test in the field a Rogue Saber outperformed the clunky vessel, perhaps it is due to the ONI testers not being able to use it to its full advantage yet?

- Tests have no been performed yet, the vessel we have constructed is based on the Executioner, with a standard heavy fighter frame. The Order's closest counterpart would be what they call the "Bastet".

- The only prototype that is a clear alternative to our arsenal. The Liberator is not as suited for undercover missions. The vessel this prototype is based on is the Onuris, and its radar signature is much dimmer, its wings both present tilted forward allowing for atmospheric surveillance.
