Yeah I'd say you need a solid definition of "Alien" as per 2.3, it is unclear if this would mean Nomads, Wild, or potentially an "Alien" faction that isn't the nomads but uses their ships.

Alien is a type of ID. All Nomads, Wild etc say "This is an Alien ID that...".

That said, easily amended to read,

"May attack non-Allied Alien IDs"

I thought there might be an intent for some sort of other Alien group to be introduced at a later date, perhaps regarding the hostiles in Earhart.

Edit: Quick additional point to add, might want to add a line about admin/mod review of non-official bounty boards, to make sure they aren't too easily set up.
