Consider instead just keep the Battlecrusier Classification under the Crusier Category, after all, a Battlecrusier isn't no more than just a heavy crusier with heavier weaponry or made it to last longer from battle than crusier,
It can be really weird i know, but actually the battlecrusiers are doing the job of a crusier instead of a small battleship instead, is not compesated to be a battleship or keep a class for years has been actually a crusier class just with little more power and armor

Dresden should be more kinda classified as Independent system, and not omegas every house has his capital at least surrounded, dresden now with the push of the rheinland military fleet should remain as rheinland, but if not should be "independent" instead of omega system, because well, isn't an omega in reality ¬¬ or i should call it "Omega-Dresden system?

I would be adding a rule to the 2.3 if i wanna be really precise
from:
"2.3- All IDs can:
Attack Alien ships.
Attack any ship to defend Allies, except while flying Cruisers, Battlecruisers, or Battleships."
To:
"2.3- All IDs can:
Attack Alien ships.
Attack any ship to defend Allies, except while flying Cruisers, Battlecruisers, or Battleships.
Attack on self-defense even outside ZoI, to defend a ship with the same identification (IFF/ID) or if he is in your same group"

Reason: There has been lot of reports recently, i don't want to hear something like "I report him because he attack me when i attack him, we currently had a crystal generation, and i don't wanna see another threat were the admins sanctioned a whole faction and even dare write a complete solo-report against me because i was self defending outside the ZoI or defend someone that even outside ZoI, because that is how should escort need to work, and not being reported for be in same group with same group affiliation and doing the task of defending an allied ship against another specially if is from one on mutual enemy"

"Baffin, Edinburgh, Orkney, Roussillon" Why declare them as Tau ... well, i must just ask, but would not they fit more as independent? some of them were actually a Tau
Rousillion was Tau-115 is the only system i actually remember (since like 15 years or even more) to have the actual name of it, everyone else were threated as "Independent worlds"
Baffin was as i remember Baffin, a zoner calmed system in all his traversy
Orkney known as Britanny (what hateful name) was as i remember always as Independent System
Edinburgh i personally always be seen as independent system, since even in vanilla just a small BPA ships, OSC, Planetform and Gaians were situated in that system even knowing is a "Border system from Bretonia" even in vanilla declaration itself

That are my actual notes for it ... where still beliving New Berlin should be "Surrounded or hugged" by his core systems, and not only have one side open ... and some systems are actually really badly classified, i could keep as Tohoku to be a Kusari system as always (infected, but still, a system from them) more than just independent, and can be considered my own personnal opinion ...
