SR 2.3: Should probably add "except for Alien IDs" to "Attack Alien ships" line as it doesn't make much sense for Wild to attack Nomad ships, Nomads to attack fellow Nomads and so on

A lot of (unlawful) IDs are already set up like this for many years, and it's been self-regulated the same way people who tried farming Nomad remains on Nomads got quite a punishment when caught. Let's take an example of the Corsair ID - nowhere does it say you're not allowed to shoot Corsairs, nor does it have to.

Corsair ID

Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia, Kusari, Omegas, Omicrons, Rheinland, Sigmas, Dublin):

- Can attack Combat Ships.

- Can engage in piracy.

Of course you can't shoot your allies without a very good reason, the same way you can shoot anyone on any ID with a very good reason.
