DTR has 3 pobs and I havent mentioned proxy pobs they have. People should have less pobs in their possession tbh.
I agree with you on this one, but what you also need to realize is that DTR go out of there way to maintain their PoBs and to make sure they have the correct materials so they dont decaye, they're a prime example of what every faction should be doing as fair as a faction stand point.
Limiting the amount of PoB's one faction can place or have in a system would give PoBs a bigger thought process on what to make and where, PoBs making important equipment like cloaks, jumpdrives and such will mostly always be made in a factions home system, and other production PoBs in neighbouring systems that aren't as high of a priority, this will most likely also give barges more use as mobile storage platforms.
