Checked my mail once again, what with my ship systems now responding. Maybe there was a delay to them. Yet another disappointingly blank inbox. One of these days I’ll install a better comms array in this thing. Maybe it just happens they are both out of range, found each other and living happily ever after. The alternatives.. they’re just too much to think about. Something I refuse to believe in..
Coffee, ship cleared for departure, a glance through notes and Singularis on scanners. The engineers salvaged my sensor logs too it seems. Good, I’m not sure identifying all contacts again would be fun. But its a concern that they may have seen the entire list. No matter, I trust their confidentiality.
Singularis seemed confused, then amused. When i explained about some corrupt data he offered to attempt a retrieval process. There was no point. The data’s long gone. Corrupted, overwritten and rebuilt the entirety of the ship since. With my clearly problematic systems, i returned to Freeport. Gonna have to look into it myself before i do anything else.
