Bio:
Growing up in Hamburg to a merchant trader father who was barely present, in the little time that his father was around, Maximilian heard tales of the far reaches of the edge worlds which terrified him to his core. Then disaster struck and his father was returned to the family in a coma for the majority of Maximilian’s upbringing. After several bad investments, the family became destitute but eventually saw the light of hope in the Kaiser’s rise to power. Several of his father’s old partners who lost the family’s investments turn to the Republican traitors, so Maximilian’s family then turned them in to imperial authorities. It was at this time that Maximilian was in school studying pre-law, and saw a chance to be part of something greater in the reformed Kaiserliche Polizei. Just now, Maximilian’s father miraculously awakened from his coma of so many years, and has set out separately to reclaim his lost glory. It is rumored that his father has a connection to the MND, but to what extent is yet to be revealed. Meanwhile, Maximilian applies to the Polizeischule to humbly defend his country from the faraway dangers he can only imagine, to the ones right at home that he’s seen for himself.
