Keeper Leviathan,

Forgive me if this communication is better directed elsewhere, but I am unfamiliar with your internal structure. Firstly I would like to log official completion of the contract for this 3 month cycle, more so a formality than anything else as I can see you have received the communications by my staff. Do not worry about the as of yet incomplete payment, I'm not in any rush.

My real reason for reaching out again is actually something that might interest you and The Technocracy. Some of my teams have been surveying the Omega-55 system and the scans that got back to me were remarkably interesting. You probably already know about what potential the system holds, especially given the abandoned Core technology. Naturally I am more interested in the resources present on the planets there, but I cannot pretend the rest doesn't intrigue me.

I don't know if you had anything planned or not, but I would be very interested in potentially working with you to make something happen there. The instability of the system's jump holes present some difficulty, but working around them is not insurmountable. Furthermore I would propose that we could monitor them for signs of change in the near or distant future, planning around such eventualities that they do and having a thorough head start on any other potential 'interests' that might want to snatch this veritable treasure trove from those more suited to it.

To that end, tell me what you think. This is an opportunity I think is best leapt on rather than slept on.
