Zoners of Phoenix,

I am Megiddo, and I represent Task Force Prometheus - the surviving remnants of the Hellfire Legion, once the military arm of the Commonwealth of House Liberty. Our primary goal at this time is the Liberation of the people of Erie, including our interned citizens who fled the Insurgency usurper’s military junta from Bering.

There is a difficult road ahead of us in the realization of this objective, and my artificial self is aware that such movements have failed to bear fruit thus far. Prometheus offers you this:

The Legion spent 22 years waging a successful guerrilla campaign against the Republic, and another 5 successfully defending the sovereignty of the fledgling Commonwealth. It was through Harmony’s betrayal that the Legion failed Liberty. We will not fail again.

While we are aware that Phoenix’s primary interests and force projection lie in the edgeworlds, we have cause to believe that you find the Republic’s annexation and subjugation of Erie as abhorrent as we do. We are deeply interested in the extent to which your organization may be willing to cooperate with us in achieving these ends.
