Can Omicron Psi be added to the systems list? A lot of traffic goes through there to avoid the plugin

Both Iota and Psi are considered to be heavily Nomad-controlled systems, which is why there's no config there. But yeah, there are some things that could be done about the Alpha route, which I don't really wanna change on the tail end of the event. I'll take this as another learning experience.

Heya - is it possible to consolidate points spread across multiple characters of the same player?

Everyone can combine all their characters for one of the leaderboards. E.g. all human characters, all alien characters, etc.
