Biography:
Akira was born into a middling family in a 'tower city' on the surface of New Tokyo. His education was primarily based around the profession his father was in, which was working with the movement of Kusari denizens between towers, cities, and urban centers planet-wide. He kept his head down during the internal strife and conflicts of the nation, focusing instead on keeping things moving. Eventually he was given spaceflight training, seen as someone competent and working well within the bureaucracy. He provided transit between Kusari worlds for those who were in need, essentially working as a bus driver across the Kusari systems. While he maintains an interest in the work, he's found that government subsidized transit isn't exactly the most lucrative line of work, and has submitted an application to OS&C in an effort to put himself into a better level of the work; and to see more of the galaxy beyond.
