To our most esteemed allies in the Federal Empire of Rheinland,
My name is Fritz Messer, recently assigned Department Head on Azurite and Xeno Relics Research & Development in AP Manufacturing. It is my understanding that we have not spoken at length and as such it is my hope that our future talks and cooperation will be very fruitful, much like it has been to this point forward. I also salute Rheinland's efforts to work hand-in-hand with The Core, most especially with my colleague, Luminary Alexander. While I trust that he has engaged much more than anyone outside the High Command of The Core with our Rheinland counterparts, my recent assignment as Department Head paves the way for AP Manufacturing to take over our relations instead of the more military-focused Core paramilitary force. Should you require Mr. Alexander's expertise at any point, rest assured I shall patch him into this channel at earliest.
Moving on, I would like to announce that we have completed the construction of a modestly-sized installation in orbit of Planet Tuvalu, christened as Grootegeluk Depot, with the express purpose of serving as a logistical node for exotic Edge Worlds materials awaiting pickup by House allies. To that end, I extend, on behalf of AP Manufacturing, an invitation to all Rheinland organizations, from the Military, to MND and Buro, to Kruger, to Daumann for participation in APM's project to strengthen House partnership and bring about a new era in research and development. We have, outside of excavated relics and Azurite Gas, a wide selection of adapted Artificial Intelligence weaponry, shielding and thrusters, all available for purchase at negotiable prices with the representatives of the interested party.
We also invite the listed groups to dispatch transport ships to pick up any required amounts of these materials from the base. Please coordinate with teams on site regarding product availability.
