[Server Config] /restart nNomads is outdated

Hello. Sorry to bother, but It's me, again.

Reproduction Steps:

• Create a ship
  
• type in /restart nNomads
  
• Look at the map (and your inventory)
  

Compared to other Restarts, nNomads (an Indie Nomad restart) is severely out of date. It's placed on The Ravine, not a Home System of the Nomads, to which you need to make two jumps. It's still a Camera Ship and it still has the three tutorial items in its cargo hold, unlike all other restarts that now feature a Starflier with equipment.

It also has a severely outdated navmap of its ZoI, some systems are not even completely mapped. [snip1]

Kindly put the restart on Dur-Shurrikun in Omicron Iota, make it a Nomad Navigator with no extra cargo and two Lesser Nomad Hybrid Cannons (Class 1s)

As for the map, please include the systems that are frequented by the Mainshare Nomads (K'Hara| Included), fully mapped, as it was done for the nVagrant restart
