The sooner that you folks would just admit that you want to strip BMF of officialdom in order to award it to the
Staff-owned BMM faction, the more I'd at least begrudgingly admire your belated honesty.

Just pointing it out: There can be, and in fact we have three examples of it right now, two or more OFs of the same NPC factions.
Current examples of it are:
DTR and TBH for Corsairs,
5th and 46th (with [LN] recently losing OFdom) for Liberty Navy,
OSI, Phoenix and MFE for Zoners.

There is no 'slot' to be taken here.
