Just wanted to let you know that today I somehow felt the urge to let nostalgia overcome me and install Discovery again.
After not touching it for almost a decade... guess my stuff is all gone or still in the hands of my (admin) friends or factions. Speaking of - anyone else SPR'd the Necrosis after me?
I have to say, I still feel bad, that I never used it much out of fear to disappoint people with my RP.
Anyways, the reason I haven't played for so long was just life catching up. I barely played any games the last years, so it's not your fault Disco, I swear! Please take me back!
I've been lurking the forums now and then, but was afraid that Discovery wouldn't let me leave again once I return. <<Download finished>> Oops, too late now. Let's see how long the RP addiction will remain this time.
There's quite a few names roaming around that I still remember, let's see who remembers me... maybe even just as the "Gablol Metarador" with his annoyinng "orange text power abuse". :-D
And since this is an "introduction post" and most people won't know who I am;
I'm Simon, 32 years young, living in Germany Rhineland-Palatinate and working in the R&D field of an international truck company (road trucks, not space trucks!).
In my free time I run a lot (10K's, Half-/Marathons, Ultra-Trails), do climbing & bouldering, travel a lot and used to spend lots of time in front of a monitor diving into roleplay and other games. I also still enjoy building Lego since I can think.
Anyways, enough about me - how are you guys? How's Disco been doing? Is it alive?
