What you propose is sound. Should Rheinland attack one of our respective homelands, the attacked should notify the other to apply pressure from the opposite end of their territory.

Hessian ships, or your intermediaries, are welcome to attend Iejima Station in the Sigma-13 system for supply. What occurs in this system is no business of Rheinland.

In assisting each other, we should be better placed to protect our respective homes from the aggression we have suffered in equal measure throughout our respective histories, and together forge a shared solution to our mutual burdens.
