my name is Renate Bommel and I'm sure you remember me from our previous conversation.
Her highness, ze Kurprinzessin zur Neckar and Direktorin of ze Kaiserreichspolizei, Freiya Wolf, empowered me to remind you about your responsibilities as administrators of ze following modular installation registry entries:

By imperial edict of ze Rheinland Ministry of Economic Development, all modular installation owners have to submit zeir quarterly license renewal to ze Rheinland.Treasury.2 since ze 1st july 828 A.S. and until today, I'm failing to locate ze payment for ze above mentioned entries for ze actual quarter. Direktorin Wolf is very disappointed by lack of discipline shown by a Rheinland corporation regarding zis matter.

As result of ze missed fee for ze current quarter, ze Rheinland Polizei hereby impose an additional fine of 100.000 sc according to §7.10..

During a routine inspection today, I also noticed, zat ze structural integrity of your base is degrading. Please be advised, my superiors won't go easy on zat matter. It is intolerable, zat an installation, which sole purpose is ze removal of an active reactor, is decaying. I encourage you, to resolve zis issue as fast as possible. As I told you already:

[...] we will not allow ze contamination of Rheinlands largest food manufacturer nor ze pollution of Planet Baden Baden's holiday resort [...]

You may treat zis as a warning according to §2.5.3.

Furzermore, your modular installation registry entry deviates from ze truz.
Ze Koepchen Depot is not located in Stuttgart sector B2 ; it is located in sector C2 .

Zis is an violation of §7.1.1.6. and I levy a fine of 50.000 sc according to §7.3.
Please request an update for your entry as soon as possible in ze respective channel.
(Side note: Ze processing fee still applies)

Please provide ze proof of transfer of:

• 500.000 sc as quarterly fee to Rheinland.Treasury.2
  
• 150.000 sc as fine to KPR|Bank
  

for ze forz quarter of zis year wizin ze next 14 days via zis channel.
