Common sense is all it takes. If you need to ask "Is this allowed", it's probably better to try something else.
Otherwise, if you get warned again, state that it is an honest mistake you made, you didn't know better, and everything is fine. You got warned, and nothing bad happened. No need to make a drama about it.
