That's the only way to prevent the purchase from coming through without a convoluted forced-sell immediately afterward. Alternatively we could let you buy it but have it unmounted after purchase, letting you sell it back manually to get the credits back.

All in all, I don't think we'll be fixing this since all approaches are a bit eh.
