You are getting better at displaying pretend emotions, I would have to give you some credit for that. Then again, you and credits always result in more loose ends than what you've started with.

The two of us are the ones that feel most of the consequences of his evaporation. Thus it felt appropriate to see if you are a stain on the carpet, or staining someone's carpet. As for your usefulness, we'll see. Nothing is out of the question.
