Can liberty police,security and navy use other faction weapons ? like nomads,outcast,Corsair and what ever they bring out to have an "strong" advantage in pvp ?
cause i saw an cruizer with an LPI ID and he uses outcast Inferno turret...i think thats hardly Rp ?
he said that Inferno is open to all capships.
One more thing some LSF,LPI,Navy or other facton in Ny doens't show up "red to me i'm rouge" why wont they "make there RP" as they should be ? i see some navy chasing me with there battle cruizer saying "halt navy" and they where "neutral colour"
some one explain these points for me ?

Many people consider Capital Ship weapons, meaning Gunboats and larger, as generic for all to use. Some people disagree with that however. *shrugs* Many would say a LPI in a Cruiser is oorp...but some would disagree. *shrugs* I do not feel either is a major issue.
As to people showing up on your scanner as Green/White/Red....that has nothing to do with the other persons diplomacy....how things show up on your scanner is how your diplomacy is. If someone is Green on your scanner that is because you have them set to be green. If they should not be green to you then you need to go do some rep fixing.
In addition, even if you are green with someone and they are green with you and that is how it is supposed to be......people can still ask you to halt. They can still demand that you drop contraband and blow you up if you do not comply if they are LSF/LPI/LN. They can also still demand that you pay a tax or give them your cargo and blow you up if you do not comply if it is a pirate faction.
A Liberty Rouge can pirate and tax you if they want...and yes...I know your a Liberty Rouge. Nothing in the rules against pirates pirating pirates. Oh yeah...we need some more of that.
