Liberty Navy ships do not have their own version of the inferno. Since people like yourself insist on dragging large capital ships down from Malta into New York, they need something to combat them with. Although bombers would do a better job, multiple capital ships fighting can be more fun than some bombers raping a lone capital ship.
No you can't get a Liberty Dreadnaught for the Rogues unless you RP it incredibly well with a lot of work. Anything is possible but you can't simply jump in an enemy ship and say 'I stole it' or the ever present and ever annoying 'I bought it'. You need a lot of RP to back it up and at least a few people to back up your story, in a respectable fasion.
