Event updates:

• Penitence now has 10x armor instead of 5x.
  
• Penitence cannot die, but if it's brought to 20% hp, it will be out of commission inrp for the foreseeable future.
  
• Corsairs can register an extra battleship/dreadnought.
  
• The convoy does not need to stop at Petra.
  

Any big reason for this? DTR cried hard enough not to lose or what?
