Back to the schedule, we departed the lovely Liner Hawaii to continue onward to Omicron Theta.
Even with the relatively short flight, the crew was in awe over the beauty found in the multi-star system of Sigma-17 as well as the asteroid formations and nebula found around Theta, visible from our flight path to Corfu Base.
Once we docked, I dismissed the crew to R&R for the next few days while I attended to my studies with MFE.
I was successful in my search to find some shuttle service to the nearby station and soon was aboard a Rheinland freighter roaring at full speed towards Med Force General Academy. The station viewed from outside was quite an impressive sight - I found myself eagerly anticipating the tour I would receive once onboard!
Security didn't find any cause for concern with my credentials and my student pass was received with any drama.
I will be on station for the next few days and will periodically check my room for any emergency coms - but hopefully everyone behaves on Corfu and out on the other routes!
