lets put it that way - if people adhered to the RP of the guns ( considering that razors are universal )

- outcasts have a torp slot shieldbreaker that replaces 6 shield breaker guns - and they can use awesome hull breakers
- corsairs have shieldbreaker guns that make any torp slot shieldbreaker obsolete. - they can use the minirazor for hullbreaking, which gives them an equal setup against smaller capital ships ( not as efficient, but good enough i guess )
- lawfuls can use debs - which are not as good as tizonas but easier to use - they use the razor, too.

sounds balanced.

what is not balanced has been said... that is

outcasts with debs, blood dragon fighters with infernos, mercs with everything - etc. but thats mostly up to self control - i don t think it should be impossible - but not the common rule to have such a setup.
