[Server Config] New nomad guns aren't properly techcelled

all added to nomad_guns.

Please tell me if I missed any of the new nomad weapons. This thread will remain open for submission of oversights in the nomad_guns techcell until I remember to close it or another staff member closes it without telling me :clueless:
