Bug: BIS/BAE use unlawful voice set

Additional Information: When the bri'ish voice pack was removed from the game, Bretonia lawful faction were erroneously assigned the unlawful voice sets. While BAF and BPA appear fixed, BIS (and now BAE, which I assume was based off BIS) is not.
