Model's pretty plain, but that's not what I want to address.

Those are very interesting stats. Less hull but a better shield than the Arrow (which on an agile ship is the better way to go), but much less firepower since it has no mine. Double CD doesn't seem all that useful, unless you were to have one Train CD for mine detonation and large ships and a Reinforced CD to avoid provoking friendly NPCs, or if firing two at the same time helps get past CMs...

Not sure how balanced it is, but the stats are certainly unique enough.
