If you are still under disguise (in terms of RP) or hasn't been openly called out yet - use ID of whatever faction your character originally represents, in your case that is Liberty Navy ID. In terms of performance I would suggest to stay in shadows, be discreet, your main weapon is information and, obviously, disinformation. It's a game of deceit. Wild ID is pretty much limited to Das Wilde and they are mostly Rheinland-based, but it openly identifies you as one, and likely people will shoot first and ask questions later, if none at all. If you have been openly called, for example reported in broadcasting message dumps, it'll be tougher, some will know already who you really are. Although this falls outside of my "jurisdiction", so to speak, but if I'd be playing such character it would be using Navy ID. I hope that answers your question.
