The Junker's Union is a legal commerce corporation, I'm trying to steer at least the rheinland junkers (those tagged JU, and any others I can convince) away from illegal activities such as piracy, smuggling, etc. All of the 'false' junkers smuggling contraband in liberty have practically turned the government and lawful organizations against us in that area of space, and it causes a lot of problems. I intend to make sure that the same does not happen in rheinland, and if the union expands into bretonia the same laws will be held there. I'm not sure if the Junker's Alliance (the bretonian junkers faction kevin wanted to start) ever actually got off the ground - and if it didnt, the JU is likely to expand into bretonia fairly soon.
