Cloaking Device, Re-looked at.

It fully reasonable for ships to have cloaking devices in RP
- it happened in vanilla freelancer 16 YEARS before discovery is set!

have it as an expensive equippable item, when used it removes shield, energy and thruster

Remain on scanners - if a shot hits then cloak is removed, you have no energy or shield when this happens

So its advantages would be minimal, in combat theres no advantage.

Of course, only the order or rheinlanders had it in SP - so maybe only the order guard and nomads could have it (the rheinlanders being infected at the time)

Its a technology that exists in sirius, FACT... and so should exist in disco
