Great answer.

So a better idea is to create a commercial project with modding tools?

I had a look at the Forbes Salary structure for developers and it looks kinda average for the creative industry.

Some questions:

Buying an engine might be a better idea. - Any clue what that would cost?

Any info is helpful. I am actually going to put a business plan together and take it to some investors. The way Igiss and these Admins run this community, I think there might be something lucrative afoot here... you just never know!
