Formally and belatedly, greetings from New London on behalf of myself and my associates. It has been too long indeed indeed since I was in the Rheinland. Those New Berlin winters are perhaps too severe for a man of my years to consider a personal visit at present, but I digress.

I seek a meeting to discuss Rheinland's policy with regard to the Sirius Bounty Hunters' Guild.

I would hope from this to come to understand the reasons behind Rheinland's resistance to an organisation that could perhaps offer so much to both the government and people of Rheinland.
