It's not an unreasonable way to look at it. Correct me if i'm wrong, but there are people in the military that work for years & years to get command of their own vessel, & they don't pass those things out to just anyone who wants one.

I'll start thinking of a 'trial by fire' series of hoops to jump through to qualify for a cap, come back & propose it... & THEN you can shoot it down.

Incedently, I know your joking, but telling me to get out of disco if I don't like caps is just as redneckishly silly as saying "If yew don't lyke George Dubya Bush, yew ken git out of america & go live with the russkies."
